He is the founder and Managing Director at Pulse Health responsible for the overall executive management, business development, financial management, and employee management & development. He is also the lead consultant doing the actual project work, running the different projects at client sites/offices. Dr. Chikanda has served in various capacities in both public and NGO sector organizations and has a natural affinity for cultivating relationships and persuading, convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders. Dr. Chikanda holds a Medical Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, Post-Graduate Internal Medicine with the Colleges of Medicine South Africa, and an MBA from the University of Cape Town. He is the Board Chairman of Kheth’impilo, Zimbabwe.
