What You Will Pay

Your total cost comprises two components: a flat Alumni Organization Contribution, and your chosen accommodation. Payment is structured across three tranches.

REGISTER

Alumni Organization Contribution

US$150

Covers alumni organisation setup cost, programmatic expenses and other associated reunion costs. You may also feel free to contribute generously.

Accommodation

Your accommodation cost depends on which property and room type you select. All rates have been negotiated by AFLI, but booking remains Fellows' responsibility. See the Accommodation section for full pricing per option.

Three Payment Tranches

To make payments flexible and easy to manage, your total is split across three tranches leading up to the retreat. The first payment is to AFLI, hotel payments are to AFLI's on the ground support.

Secures your place and confirms your registration. Payable at the time of sign-up.

Pay By Mid-July 2026

First Tranche

50%

50% of your hotel cost, this will be calculated based on your room selection.

Pay by 31 July 2026

Final Tranche

50%

Remaining 50% of balance, clears your account before logistics are finalised.

Pay by 30 September 2026
