Professional History: Abimbola Pariola is the Managing Director of Global Property at Nova Pioneer, and is also the Head of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Prior to joining Nova Pioneer in 2018, Abimbola was an Executive Director at LYT Architecture, where she was responsible for Business Development and was also regional head for their West African operations.

Before joining LYT, she was a Senior Manager at Investec Property, a division of Investec Specialist Bank in Johannesburg. She has more than 10 years of professional experience within the property/real estate arena of investment banking space and the architectural profession.
