Professional History: Mari Rabie is the Strategic Enablement Head at Rand Merchant Bank (RMB). In this role, Mari partners with the CEO Office and Executive in the execution of key strategic priorities. Prior to this, Mari was a Corporate Finance Senior Transactor in the Investment Banking Division at RMB, working on significant transactions. Previously, she held roles at Remgro Limited, where she developed and ran the new Investor and Business Relations function and provided operational support to the CEO.

Mari is a double Olympian and a Rhodes Scholar. She co-founded an athleisure brand MOVEPRETTY and serves on the Sport Science Institute of South Africa board and the Southern African Association of Rhodes Scholars committee.
