His company runs the only fully African owned and operated cashew processing plant in Nigeria, employing over 300 women and 25 men. Under the trademark Buy African, Build Africa (BABA Foods), the company promotes the cashews and other value-added agricultural products across Africa and the world, ensuring rural women and smallholder farmers earn a better wage and living.
