The LéO Africa Institute seeks to equip leaders with transformational and ethical leadership skills in a fast-changing world. The institute works directly with young and emerging leaders to build their individual and collective capacity to live high impact and successful lives. The Institute engages with a new generation of young and emerging thought leaders in Africa who are passionate about creating change in their communities, businesses and living significant lives. It believes in actively contributing to shaping an environment where others succeed and contribute to a better world. The institute leverages its network of leaders and extended networks of the Africa Leadership Initiative and the Aspen Global Leadership Institute to provide training, mentorship and coaching for young and emerging leaders in East Africa.
