Email Confirmation Requirement

Mailbox and distributor email spam rules have become far stricter since the African Leadership Institute first created it's subscribe list.  Subscribers who joined the list but did not confirm their email address are now being flagged. To meet these new rules to meet compliance, AFLI is cleaning its mailing list.  This may mean that your email address may be removed and should you wish to keep receiving mail from AFLI, that you will need to resubscribe below and confirm your email address. Fellow made a Malaria No More Patron

2018 Tutu Fellow Adebola Williams has been appointed a Patron for Malaria No More, the UK-based charity organisation.  In a recent announcement, Malaria No More officially welcomed Adebola to its family of global spokespeople. 

In the role, he joins founding patrons Simon Fuller, Peter Chernin, and Ray Chambers, as well as Global Leadership Council members David Beckham, Andy Murray, and Eliud Kipchoge. Malaria No More has as its goal a world in which no one dies from a mosquito bite.

James Whiting, the organisation CEO, said he anticipated Adebola providing strategic advice and support to its high-level campaigns, including events such as World Malaria Day on 25th April.
