2022 Tutu Fellow Steve Tchoumba has appeared on CNN’s Inside Africa in an episode called Diary of a tech CEO. He shared aspects of his daily life and a lot of insights from his career path. Steve is the Executive Manager of ActivSpace, the first tech hub for digital entrepreneurs in Cameroon.

He describes himself as being - not a tech guy - but the business guy of the tech world, who's job is to gather capital and build the teams that can implement the projects.

Steve says that the best satisfaction comes from getting individuals achieve their potential. For that he has created a series of talks where entrepreneurs come and share their experiences, ideas, networks and possibilities. In these talks and workshops he offers feedback and advice, and declares to have a "love for problem-solving" when it comes to entrepreneurship.  In the feature, Steve also mentions his roots, his values and principles growing up, as well as the mentors who contributed to his evolution as a professional and as a person.

A very important aspect that he says he always considers when helping businesses, is adapting everything to the African context.
When it comes to goals, Steve shares that his hub exists in three of the regions of Cameroon and wants to achieve getting to all ten of them.
