Email Confirmation Requirement

Mailbox and distributor email spam rules have become far stricter since the African Leadership Institute first created it's subscribe list.  Subscribers who joined the list but did not confirm their email address are now being flagged. To meet these new rules to meet compliance, AFLI is cleaning its mailing list.  This may mean that your email address may be removed and should you wish to keep receiving mail from AFLI, that you will need to resubscribe below and confirm your email address. 2013 Fellow Ifeoma Malo has won the Energy Entrepreneur Award at the 2023 Africa Women Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (AWIEF). She was the winner in one of AWIEF's eight categories at the awards ceremony, which took place in Kigali, Rwanda in November 2023.  Each year the AWIEF Awards recognises and celebrates outstanding women entrepreneurs and business owners in Africa for their contribution to Africa’s growth and social development.

Ify was awarded her work in clean tech and climate-friendly solutions.

Ify is the co-founder and CEO of Clean Tech Hub Nigeria. It is a pioneering hub for the research, development, demonstration and incubation of clean energy ideas, technologies, and resources for clean energy organizations and environment and climate friendly initiatives across Africa.  It is also an early start-up incubator for inventions and innovations in clean energy, a consultancy for sustainability and energy efficiency solutions, and a driver of clean energy and climate-smart investments into Africa.
