Professional History:
Natalie Foti is the founder and CEO of Banafor Pvt Ltd, a logistics and manufacturing company in the Milling and Beverage industry. She is an Agribusiness and development practitioner with more than 14 years' experience in the field of agriculture and youth empowerment. She has worked in various projects funded by Australian Aid and USAID having trained more than 1,000 farmers and youth in agribusiness and entrepreneurship respectively.

Natalie's interest includes economic empowerment of smallholder farmers, women and youth. Through her experience, Natalie provides consultancy services to grass roots organizations on development and humanitarian impact projects, she continues to work with young entrepreneurs and sits on the board of Dreaming for Change Burundi.

She is an alumni of Australia awards in the agricultural research cluster, and is 2017 Mandela Washington fellow, civic leadership. Natalie previously worked for ADRA Zimbabwe an international affiliated NGO, where she started as an intern/volunteer in 2009, and rose within the ranks to become a Field officer and Project Manager in Food security, Climate change and Deaf education programming for over 8 years before leaving to pursue her passion in business full time. She is a member of the Project management Institute Zimbabwe chapter.
