Email Confirmation Requirement

Mailbox and distributor email spam rules have become far stricter since the African Leadership Institute first created it's subscribe list.  Subscribers who joined the list but did not confirm their email address are now being flagged. He is the lead negotiator for Cape Verde with multilateral and bilateral institutions on issues of finance and he coordinates the national effort within the Budget Support Group. Sandro was previously the General Director for the Strategy and Research Bureau of the Ministry of Finance. Sandro is a non-executive member of the board of the Cape Verdean Stock Exchange and a member of the Macroeconomic Monitoring Unit that monitors the peg of Cape Verdean Escudos to the Euro.
