Professional History: Diaraye Diallo is the Regional Delivery Manager at the Tony Blair Institute. She is a project development and implementation professional with more than 14 years of experience across the private and public sectors. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she has expertise in project coordination, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Her work focuses on African economic growth and sustainable development, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure, business climate reform, and social justice initiatives.

She currently serves as Regional Delivery Manager for the West and Central Africa Region at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI). In this role, she fosters partnerships, identifies business development opportunities, and enhances the organization’s regional visibility.

Previously, Diaraye worked on technical assistance projects in Guinea, where she contributed to policy reform recommendations and delivery for major public projects in infrastructure, agriculture and energy. She also played a key role in business climate reform efforts to improve investment conditions.

Her experience spans both public and private sectors, including roles at Campbell Scientific in Canada, where she supported business development with Francophone clients, and Arcoba (Artelia Group) in France, where she managed large-scale construction projects. Her degrees and experience have qualified her for data analysis, project management software, and strategic communications.

Diaraye also volunteers extensively. Since 2020, she has served as Executive Director of the NGO Mon Enfant Ma Vie, leading initiatives to support vulnerable children. She has also contributed as a French-English translator for the Edmonton Immigrant Service Association.
