Professional History


Jack is the Executive Chairman of Crystal Ventures Ltd. He is a progressive leader with extensive experience in Financial Management, Portfolio Management, and with a consistent record of successfully leading complex organizations through transformational change. He also has superior skills in strategic planning and an in-depth understanding of industry trends, financial issues, and the impact of key decisions.

Jack has held different positions both in the Public and Private Sector, including having worked as an advisor to the Minister of Finance, Deputy Director-General of Rwanda Development Bank in charge of investments, and later took over as the CEO of Rwanda Development Bank.

He has severed on several boards and he currently sits on a number of Boards including MTN Rwandacell - Chairman, Board of Directors, Prime Economic Zones Ltd – Chairman Board of Directors, Rwanda Investment Group- Chairman Board of Directors.

Jack has won different accolades including CNBC Africa Africa’s Young Business Leader of the year 2012, East Africa All Africa Business Leaders Award among many others.

Qualifications


Bachelors Degree in Economics from the National University of Rwanda
Masters Degree in Finance and Banking from Cardiff University (UK)
