Marc has been blessed with an opportunity to be a miner, an inventor, a consultant with McKinsey for 10 years, and an entrepreneur. He currently describes himself as a social investor and social activist. He invests his resources and skills on exciting intiatives that are creating models for what is possible in Africa. 1996-1998: Graduate Metallurgist, Gold Fields of South Africa 1998-2001: Inventor and Business Development, Crusader Systems 2001-2010: Partner, McKinsey & Company 2010-2012: Social activist, development entrepreneur 2012-Now : Director/Co-founder, Spinnaker Growth Partners
