Occupational Position: Fundi is the Manager Transformation and Communities at Richards Bay Minerals (RBM) since November 2011

Professional History

She was previously the Principal Advisor Transformation and Sustainable Development, responsible for Mining Rights (new and old), internal champion for RBM transformation programmes in line with the Mining Charter, MPRDA, DTI Scorecard and the Social and Labour Plan. Prior to joining RBM, she ran her consulting company based in Johannesburg. She worked with experienced consulting firms as a subcontractor with the Belgian Development Agency as a Programme Manager supporting all 9 Provinces with finalizing the Restitution Land Claims. She worked with the Department of Education on their maths and science programme and career guidance with special focus on girl learners.
