Professional History: Matthews Mtumbuka works at Airtel Africa in a regional role covering IT Operations and Governance. Previously, he was IT Director for Airtel Malawi and later Rwanda. Matthews has also held prior roles as Head of Technical Services for MALSWITCH, the premier provider of banking technology solutions in Malawi. Before that, He held IT management roles covering eight countries in Shell’s Exploration and Production – Europe. Matthews is also a reputable international motivational speaker.
