Professional History


Ladislao Ndong is a senior official of the government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, where he is the Director General of the Cabinet of the Minister of Finance, Economy and Planning; a position he has held since June 2019. As director, he is in charge of providing assistance and support to the Minister.

Before his appointment as a director of the cabinet, Ladislao worked for several years as one of the economists hired by the ANGE 2020 - the Equatorial Guinea National Agency 2020 - to work closely with the then Secretary of State in charge of monitoring the national plan Equatorial Guinea Horizon 2020 in the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Public Investments. During that period as an analyst cabinet member, one of the most relevant tasks he took on was the preparation of the Institutional Sub-Agenda of the Economic Recovery Agenda of Equatorial Guinea, which was presented and approved during the Third National Economic Conference in April 2019.

He has also been a representative of One Young World in Equatorial Guinea; and vice president of the Youth community of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers, in Malabo.
