AFLI is pleased to announce the appointment of Nomthetho Mothejoa effective 1 April 2021, as Programme and Alumni Manager. Nomthi brings to AFLI a unique combination of skills.
She is a Leadership Coach with training in Ontological Coaching and runs a practice in Johannesburg on a part-time basis. Her passion is driving the self-actualisation of leaders and supporting them to make the shifts they desire towards their truest, highest selves.

The African Leadership Institute is delighted to announce the appointment of Judy Malan as Programme Director for the Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellowship Programme with effect from 1st March 2021.
Judy is well known to the Tutu Fellows community, having been a Fellow of the inaugural Tutu Programme in 2006 along with our past Chairman, Ronnie Ntuli and past Board Member, Aidan Eyakuze. It is truly heart-warming that members of that very first cadre of Tutu Fellows are still engaged and committed to continue our mission to build a network of high-potential values-based leaders across the continent who are committed to making Africa a better place for all to live in.
Monique Atouguia joined the staff of the African Leadership Institute as the new Project Manager of Pakati on 7 October 2019. Monique holds a BA Honours in Justice and Transformation (with distinction) and a BA in Economic History, Political Science and English Literary Studies from the University of Cape Town.
She is also pursuing a Masters in Organisational and Institutional Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand, part-time.
