Award-winning children's book gets a sequel

2010 Tutu Fellow, academic, activist and author Robtel Neajai Pailey PhD has released her second book, Jaadeh!, the highly-anticipated sequel to her previous book, Gbagba, the anti-corruption children's book that has transformed elementary classrooms in Liberia.

In December 2018, Robtel also received an international anti-corruption excellence award for both books at a ceremony in Putrajaya, Malaysia for her work in shining light on corruption.

Book examines Africa's continental development institutions

LandrysBook

Prolific author, academic, political economist and 2015 Tutu Fellow Landry Signé has released his latest book titled: African Development, African Transformation: How Institutions Shape Development Strategy. In it, he makes the case that Africa is home to many of the world's fastest-growing economies. The book traces new continental institutions for development and their capacity to affect economic growth, regional integration, and international cooperation in Africa.

More specifically, Landry examines the role of the African Union Development Agency (AUDA) in transforming African economies and facilitating interstate cooperation.

Tutu Fellow selected for "Expert Mavericks"

The book, Expert Mavericks, showcases extraordinary individuals, each one a maverick in their field. It highlights the journeys and struggles that they faced in order to achieve success. Tutu Fellow Craig Wing is one of the 13 people selected for the book, compiled by Shareen Richter.
