2013 Fellow Ify Malo - the CEO of Clean Technology Hub and the Country Campaign Director for Power for All in Nigeria - is sought after. She joins the Advisory Board of Extractive 360. And in April of this year, she joined the newly-constituted six-person board of the Norrenberger Financial Group.

Extractive 360 is a specialized web-based publication that provides up-to-date reports on issues within Nigeria’s extractive industries as well as related developments across the world’s extractive industries and markets. She joins other Board members such as Sam Amadi, the former chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), who is Chairman of the e360 board.

The Norrenberger Financial Group is an integrated financial services company in Abuja licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Securities and Exchange Commission. The board is chaired by Ibrahim Aliyu Bala, the Group Executive Director in charge of Business Development of the Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics (LADOL) site.

Speaking about her joining the Extractive 360 board, she said that the emergence of Extractive 360 online had added an important voice in the extractive governance conversation, particularly in Nigeria and more broadly across Sub-Saharan Africa. She said she was "excited to join the board and lend weight in shaping policies and compliance practices that protects the ecology and the environment, and that people and citizens are priorities even as we seek to economically empower communities and citizens through natural wealth”.

Ify leads the Nigerian campaign to promote distributed renewable energy in Nigeria and is one of the country’s leading energy access expert. She has advised a range of government agencies on how best to support market growth and has held senior policy advisory positions on energy, regulations and partnerships at the Ministry of Power in Nigeria. She has also built bridges between the country and the World Economic Forum, World Energy Council, and the Europe Energy African Partnership.
