2010 Tutu Fellow, academic, activist and author Robtel Neajai Pailey PhD has released her second book, Jaadeh!, the highly-anticipated sequel to her previous book, Gbagba, the anti-corruption children's book that has transformed elementary classrooms in Liberia.

In December 2018, Robtel also received an international anti-corruption excellence award for both books at a ceremony in Putrajaya, Malaysia for her work in shining light on corruption.

Jaadeh! is the story of twins, Sundaymah and Sundaygar, who learn about the trappings of truthfulness. The new book has already been adapted into a song and music video featuring Liberian recording artist, songwriter and activist, Takun J, and vocalist Ella Mankon Pailey, who is Robtel’s younger sister.

Robtel said that Gbagba and Jaadeh! have been such a labour of love for the past six years and she looks forward to piloting both books throughout Africa; collaborating with linguists for translations into other languages; and co-producing more multi-media tools, including TV animations.

Jaadeh! is available on both the publisher’s website and Amazon.
