Job Title: Head of Client Acquisition for Banking at Investec

Professional History

Prudence Mashalane is the Head of Client Acquisition for Banking at Investec, a position she has held since July 2017. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing the acquisition strategy for banking, as well as managing the launch of the banking incentive programme and the implementation of its related customer relationship management. She has also been instrumental in building out the mortgage origination channel.  With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Prudence brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Prior to joining Investec, she held various senior positions at Standard Bank, including Head Retail Banking Gauteng, Head Private Banking, Head Prestige Banking, Manager Branch Banking, Regional Personal and Business Banking Manager, and Branch Manager Margate.

Prudence has visited countries such as Uganda, London, and Dubai in pursuit of expanding her knowledge and career.
