Professional History
Rinos is the Founder and CEO of Tech 24 Group, the first call centre and software company in Zimbabwe. Rinos is also involved with several successful organisations in various capacities, including the Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe, which he co-founded; is a Chairperson at Proctor and Associates; and is a Co-founder of the Chartered Institute of Customer Management, which is headquartered in South Africa with presence in over 20 countries. He is also Chairman of Facelift Construction, which is working with various government departments to build low-cost housing units across Zimbabwe and Board member at Zambian Institute of Customer Management, among others.
He is active in youth development initiatives though World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers; United Nations Association of Young Professionals, based in USA; and Campus Community Foundation. He is currently working with various stakeholders in government to set up the Government National Call Centre, which is set to create thousands of jobs for the youths in Zimbabwe.
He is a recipient of several awards including the Young Visionary Award (Indian Government), Top Young Person of the Year (JCI), Business Leadership Award (Megafest) among others.
