Munyaradzi is an accomplished investment banker and corporate leader whose extensive work, service, and leadership earned him the award of the Archbishop Tutu Fellowship for emerging African leaders under 40 at Oxford University in 2015. He launched his career as an equities analyst with HSBC in 2000. His expertise and repute saw him being called upon to lead the Investment Banking initiatives of CBZ Holdings as the youngest Managing Director and EXCO member in the Group in 2008. Munya has served as a non-executive director of 3 listed companies with operations spanning Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Munyaradzi has served as a key independent Public Sector advisor with a particular emphasis on Public-Private Partnerships.
