Professional History


Goriola is the Founder is the Layi Erogbogbo Foundation Africa’s leading social enterprise with an interest in providing support, funding, and visibility to endocrine diseases, with an intent to reduce mortality and incidence of such diseases. He has over 12 years of cognate experience in Public policy, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Monitoring & Evaluation, Retail Banking, e-commerce, providing a strategic management support base for the Executive Governor of Lagos.

He is an Economist, Social entrepreneur, and Public servant named by the African Leadership Institute in 2015 as one of the 24 elite groups of Africa’s highest potential young African leaders for the Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellowship. He is a Fellow of the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) by the US State Department Themed: Transparency and Accountability in Government.

Goriola participated in the delivery of DFID-SPARC - supported Public Service Management Reforms; Policy & Strategy Monitoring and Evaluation Reforms in Lagos State Government. He co-led the largest infrastructure in Lagos by monitoring and Evaluating the $ 1.8 billion dollars Lagos Light Rail Mass Transit system, contributing to the vision of transforming Lagos into Africa's Model Megacity.

Goriola holds an MBA from the Stephen M Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BSc in Economics from the University of Lagos. He represents a new breed of young African leaders committed to re-inventing servant Leadership to engender Africa’s Transformation.
