Risper Alaro-Mukoto is a business leader with experience in financial and operational management in the investment and financial services sectors. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Non-Executive Director. She has served as a non-executive director in the Bank of Kigali PLC/BK Group and Nairobi Securities Exchange PLC. She is a faculty/ advisor at CDI Coaching Group and previously served as the Managing Director at Centum Business Solutions Ltd where she had risen the ranks from Director Finance and Operations, Finance Manager, and Financial Accountant. She has attained the Women in Executive Leadership League from Strathmore Business School. She is a certified Executive Leadership Coach from Coach Development Institute – Africa (CDI-Africa) Nairobi and holds the ArchbishopDesmond Tutu Fellowship from African Leadership Institute, Capetown, and Oxford. Risper has a Masters of International Business Administration from United States International University Africa, Kenya, and a Bachelor of Arts, Business Management from Moi University Eldoret.
