Job Title: COO of Broll Property Group, Chairperson of BRICS Working Group. 

Professional History


Nkuli is the COO of Broll Property Group. She is also the Chairman of BRICS Working Group. Previously she was the Executive Director in the Office of the CEO of Broll Property Group. Broll Property Group is one of Africa’s leading commercial property services companies, with offices in major cities and towns in South Africa as well as operations in over 10 African countries. Broll also provides real estate services in many other African countries. Nkuli currently leads the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners or SAIBPP. Before this, Nkuli was a director of the Property Sector Charter Council. She was also the Group Property Manager at Rio Tinto.

With several years’ experience in the corporate real estate sector, Nkuli’s extensive knowledge of the property field is enriched by her architectural studies and practical experience handling a wide spectrum of portfolios in the following sectors: financial, petrochemical, retail, commercial, and mining.

Nkuli was listed in Forbes Africa magazine in September 2013 as one of South Africa’s young talent to watch, following her nomination as a Rising Star in the Mining and Industrial Sector. Nkuli was also nominated by Women’s Property Network in association with RICS at their inaugural Awards in 2015, for her contribution and excellence in the property sector.

In August 2021, Nkuli was appointed Chairperson of the BRICS Working Group on the Inclusive Economy, Promoting Retail and Textiles Export.
