Professional History

Kwabena is a co-Founder of IC Securities, an emerging markets investment banking and securities-dealing firm, headquartered in Ghana and focused on selected African markets. As Managing Director and Group Head of Investment Banking, Kwabena is responsible for running the Firm's investment banking business. In this role, Kwabena has completed billions of dollars worth of transactions in Africa including the ~USD 16 billion secondary listing of Tullow Oil plc on the Ghana Stock Exchange 

Qualifications

M.Eng (Hons) degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford MBA from the Harvard Business School, first-year honours.
