Self Sustaining Rural Development Project The project aims at catalyzing self development in a sustainable manner for young ladies between the ages of 18 to 35. It will demonstrate the critical role of young ladies in society and in doing so, send strong signals to other African youth that their efforts and initiatives in self development in a sustainable manner will make a difference in their and other people's lives.

Professional History

Nathan is the country manager for GlaxoSmithKline, Uganda, a position he has held since 2005. Nathan joined the pharmaceutical industry as a medical representative in 1999 and rose through the ranks. Over this time he has participated in the 7 fold growth in the number of employees. In his role as country manager GSK has introduced over 20 new products in Uganda with 5 going directly to the public sector. Nathan has experience in PPP and was a member of the National Coordination Committee for the introduction of Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV) in the Expanded Program of Immunization. Nathan is also involved in establishing the Uganda Health Works PPP. Nathan undertook his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry/Chemistry at Kenyatta University and later joined Makerere University Business School for his MBA.
