Charles is a business executive and management consultant with +25 years’ of work experience, 22 of which has been at senior management, executive and board of directors’ level in insurance, risk management, and consulting. Charles provides advice and facilitation with the value of businesses seizing opportunities for growth and mitigating risk to protect value. He is valued for determining and developing market strategy, sustainable revenue, and profitability, impacting organizational culture, and forming lasting stakeholder partnerships.

He is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Regulation & Compliance (ARC), Associate in Risk Management – ERM (ARM-E), Associate in Insurance Accounting & Finance (AIAF) through The Institutes (USA), Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP) through the Risk Management Society (RIMS), and DipCII with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) (UK).
