Job Title: Managing Director, Crawford Schools

Professional History


In December 2019, Siza Majola was appointed Managing Director, Crawford Schools, reporting to the Advtech Group CEO. Siza has a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), an MBA, and a B.Sc (Hons) degree. She has held a number of key executive positions, with the most recent being Executive: Human Resources at ADvTECH. Siza spent the earlier years of her career working for the international mining giant, Rio Tinto PLC as a Project Geologist and later as Senior Manager: External Affairs, Africa region. She also worked for Royal Bafokeng Holdings, a community-based investment company.

The Crawford Schools organisation has twenty-two private schools and says that it has always been at the helm of delivering progressive and superior education.
