She also supports C-suite leaders as an executive coach. One of her focus areas is enabling groups to collaborate effectively where conflicting worldviews co-exist, such as in multi-cultural settings and public-private-social sector partnerships. Prior to starting her own practice in 2013, Judy spent 14 years with McKinsey & Company, where she was a partner of the Firm from 2004, based in the Johannesburg office. During this time her work focused on enabling large-scale performance transformation programs, with a particular focus on organizational culture and leadership.
