Occupational Position: Director of FocusAfrica
Prior to establishing FocusAfrica, Madji worked for Deloitte, where she managed a project to promote Black Economic Empowerment in South Africa's agricultural sector, conducted an organizational review of a Russian Think-Tank, led a team to assist an international organization to implement its change management framework in Southeast Asia, and served on one of the world's largest corruption investigation in Indonesia. After 14 years in the United States, she returned to Senegal in February 2008 and founded FocusAfrica. FocusAfrica currently employs six young professionals representing three African countries.
