Occupational Position: Head of Regulatory Affairs for MTN
Felleng began her career in South African Mutual Assurance Society (Old Mutual) as a Legal Advisor. In October 2016, MTN Felleng as its new regulatory affairs chief after Africa's biggest mobile operator was fined $1 billion by Nigeria for failing to disconnect inactive SIM cards and currency violations. Previously, Felleng had worked for MTN for five years in Nigeria as Executive Director for corporate services, well before the recent developments. She has also been a Board member for the Center for Conflict Resolution.

A Post-Graduate Diploma in Media Communications and Information Technology Law from the University of Melbourne.
