Projects

Works with ADAP Advisory Services, LLC (based in the US). ADAP, which stands for "A Different Approach to Poverty", focuses on finding effective ways to use market-based solutions to eradicate extreme poverty with dignity for all stakeholders. The program is both a professional service for social entrepreneurs and impact investors as well as a capacity-building platform for consultants interested in gaining exposure to the social venture ecosystem. Associates work both individually and in teams to develop tools, systems, and solutions for many of the reoccurring problems faced by early-stage social entrepreneurs. Once equipped with these tools and resources, associates work alongside entrepreneurs to apply proven systems for scaling businesses as entrepreneurs prepare to raise their next round of financing.

Manjengwa has worked with the Hedge Fund Academy and their Learnership Program. The program will focused on giving Black, Coloured or Indian learners with degrees practical tuition on core areas in Financial Markets combined with an Accounting and General Management national qualification to ensure learners receive a holistic overview of the financial services industry. This was aimed to give learners the skills they required to be able to find employment. The program was run in conjunction with Thomson Reuters in South Africa.
